Each billed account is charged a flat account fee per year

Stockholders are also charged a per share assessment

Both the account fee and per share assessments are based on the proposed budget for the upcoming calendar year and are approved by a vote of the stockholders present at the annual meeting or represented by proxy if the stockholder is unable to attend the meeting in person.

Invoices are mailed to each account following the annual stockholder meeting. 

Payment of Account Fees & Assessments 

A minimum of 1/3 of the total shown on your invoice is due by April 1st

and

The balance of the total invoice is due by October 1st

Failure to submit at least the 1/3 by April 1st or the balance by October 1st will result in finance charges being applied to your account on a monthly basis until the obligation is satisfied.  

Any stockholder with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to vote at the annual meeting
